Each CHAA crew is led by a CHAA liaison. These leaders are nominated by the House Dean to recruit and oversee the interactions with alumni.

Liaisons are the link between the Alumni Relations staff and the CHAA at large. They oversee the projects at hand for the reunion classes like researching missing e-mails and addresses, writing postcards to alumni, and participating in phone-a-thons, as well as inviting to students to many alumni events that are in the Philadelphia area.

Liaisons coordinate creating the paraphernalia and atmosphere for the reunion parties including making CDs with songs from class’s time at Penn, creating slide shows with pictures from the class, planning a Then and Now Campus comparison piece and assisting with decorations.
