College House Alumni Ambassadors volunteer to work on projects throughout the
year to create excitement for Alumni Weekend as well as to have the

to our Alumni and helps them to leave reunion events with treasured
memories of their return to Penn.

missing alumni e-mail addresses
- Contacting
alumni with personalized notes
- Burning
CDs with songs from the era of a class’s graduation
- Creating
slide shows with pictures from the class to be shown during that
class’s reunion party
During the week between finals and Alumni Weekend (May 11-13th):

Preparing
materials for Alumni Weekend
- Building
class-themed floats for the reunion classes
- Assisting
with decorations
- Staffing
reunion events with Development and Alumni Relations staffing including:
- Cocktail
hours
- Class
parties
- The
all-alumni picnic and parades
- 25th
and 50th reunion dinners
- Brunch
and educational seminars
CHAA
receive:
- Free
housing extensions through noon on Tuesday, May 15th
- College
House Alumni Ambassador shirts and caps
- The
opportunity to get to know successful, engaged alumni

off-campus.
