The Board of Trustees on November 2 approved the construction of a new College House at 40th and Locust Walk, to be opened in 2021. New College House West, as it is being called, will be a 250,000 sq. ft. residence, Penn's second to be built specifically to meet the needs of the College House program. Penn News has more details.
