College House Computing Support

Life at Penn requires access to the Internet and Email, so for many of you the first step will be setting up a computer. Each College House has student Information Technology Advisors (ITAs) who provide the set-up help you need and who continue giving support throughout the semester whenever you have questions about computer technology. ITAs help with network connections, software applications, hardware troubleshooting and removing spyware and viruses. Get to know your nearest ITA!
