Assistance and resolution (informal or formal action) in reported cases where students allege sexual harassment or discrimination by faculty or staff.

Students are encouraged to inquire about condentiality when seeking assistance and support from the varying offices. Under the Clery Act, federal law mandates the disclosure of certain statistics regarding sexual violence that occurs within the geographic boundaries of an institution of higher education. Clery Act reports do not include the names of anyone involved or any other information that identifies an individual.
