Penn President Dr. Amy Gutmann announced at the New College House Celebration on Tuesday, October 5, that she had made a gift through the President's Office of a "Quaker Kitchen Culinary Fund" to promote the culinary arts and provide residents with opportunities to form community through the power of food and cooking.
