Harnwell RA receives President's Engagement Prize

President Liz Magill announced that Kenneth Pham, an RA in Harnwell College House and a chemistry major in the College, was one of the recipients of the President's Engagement Prize for 2023. Mr. Pham, along with Catherine Chang, a December '22 graduate and biology major, received the prize to implement their Act First project, which will provide first-aid training to Philadelphia high school students, including CPR, opioid reversal, and bleeding prevention. Mr. Pham and Ms. Chang previously served as board members for the Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT) a student-run group which provides emergency medical services to the University community.
