There are many opportunities for gaining valuable experience as a student staff member in one of Penn's 13 College Houses. Resident Advisors—both undergraduate RAs and graduate RAs*—live in a College House and provide counseling, academic support, supervision and activities for resident students.

*Note: In those few areas in which the details of the RA position differ between our undergrad RAs and our graduate RAs, the term "GRA" is used to specifically refer to our graduate students serving in the RA role.
